Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using JustTask ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

JustTask is a personal task management application that helps you organize tasks, set reminders, and track your productivity. The App stores your data locally on your device.

Use of the App

Permitted Use

You may use JustTask for your personal, non-commercial task management needs.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious code

User Content

Local Data

All tasks, notes, and personal data you create in JustTask are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your content.

Community Features (Future)

In future versions, if you submit feature requests or other content to community features:

• You grant us a license to display your submissions publicly (after moderation)
• You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate others' rights
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by JustTask and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTTASK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Missed reminders or tasks

Your data is stored locally. We recommend maintaining your own backups through iCloud or other means.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustTask from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to community features for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
